WEC Motorsport Truckie/Garage Technician

Multimatic Motorsports Europe (in conjunction with The Heart of Racing) is expanding its team in order to develop and race the new Aston Martin LMH Hypercar.

Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time WEC Motorsport Truckie/Garage Technician to join our team; you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances in the UK and overseas.

Duties:

• Safely operate trucks to transport goods to various intercontinental race events
• Load and unload cargo
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate driving logs
• Tyres/fuel
• Equipment maintenance – garage set up

Hrs:

• 42.5 hours per week whilst at the factory.  Due to the nature of the work, extra hours may be required on occasion.

Requirements:

• Previous motorsport experience
• Valid C&E Class 1 driver's license with minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid CPC card
• Valid digi tacho card

Skills:

• Counterbalance forklift driving desirable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Mechanical aptitude
