We are looking for a talented and driven Media Specialist to become part of our high-energy race team. The perfect candidate will be passionate about motorsports, have exceptional communication abilities, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy across all platforms (social media, website, press releases).
• Create engaging and timely content, including videos, photos, and written materials that showcase the team’s activities, race results, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), providing live updates during race weekends and other team events.
• Coordinate with drivers, and sponsors to ensure accurate and engaging communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage for the team.
• Monitor and report on media coverage and social media analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Assist in organizing media days, interviews, and sponsor engagements.

Requirements:
• Experience in media and communications, ideally within the motorsports or sports industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment, particularly during race weekends.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends, to cover race events.
• Basic knowledge of motorsports and racing terminology is a must; understanding of GT and Porsche Cup racing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, including technical teams and sponsors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in graphic design and branding is a plus.
• Prior experience working with a race team or in the automotive industry.
