Responsible for the maintenance of Pursuit clients’ vehicles
Represent the brand at various client-facing events, such as testing, racing and rally events demonstrating Pursuit’s modern, forward-thinking and visionary approach to historic motorsport
Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on racing vehicles to the highest possible standard
Keep vehicles clean and presentable
Take key responsibility for the unloading and loading of equipment at events
Comply with Health and Safety Regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards and all other Company policies and procedures
Ensure the general cleanliness and organisation of the workshop, dedicating time to maintaining the modern presentation of the space

Be continually aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and be committed to ensuring that they are met at all times
Operate equipment and carry out all duties in a safe, measured manner
Take responsibility for the daily maintenance of workshop equipment, reporting any defects or problems that need attention to the number 1 mechanics or workshop manager during the
Monday morning meeting or for more urgent matters, reporting immediately to the Team Manager
Support with logistics as requested (such as transporting cars from client properties to event locations)
Assist management with the introduction of new methods of work designed to improve efficiency
Support Pursuit’s drive for inclusiveness and transparency in the workplace
Support the cohesion of all functions of the business to maximise results
Ensure paperwork and documentation is up to date.
Ensure spare boxes are kept up to date and tidy.
Ensure when out in Company vehicles you’re driving in a respectful manor and if towing all the necessary documents have been completed before setting off.
Manage the start and finish process of a car’s journey in the workshop liaising with Chief Technician and Parts Coordinator and corresponding with the right person on the job or question.
Report any issue or unforeseen problems to the number 1 mechanics outside the agreed budget.
REQUIREMENTS
A full clean UK driving license
3+ years of experience
Trained to Technician level
Possess the ability to carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work in accordance with technical procedures and at an exceptionally high standard
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure in an often relentless and fast-paced working environment
