Neil Brown Engineering Ltd is a competition Engine Manufacturer based in Spalding, Lincolnshire and has been designing, manufacturing and building race-winning engines for international and National Championships in the UK and Europe for over 45 years.


We are looking for an Engine Builder. The role will include engine building, dyno testing and data analysis. You should be familiar with race engines mechanics and ideally engine management systems to assist our customers in maximising their performance and reliability of our engines. You will demonstrate good mechanical skills and high level of numeracy and computer literacy. A flexible and methodical approach. with Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, as well as a keen interest in Motorsport.


This is a challenging and varied role and candidates must be able to work both as a team player and on their own initiative. Good problem solving and excellent data analysis. Team player with good verbal communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure is a must. Flexibility and readiness to work long hours when necessary is required. The role may require some weekend work within the UK and Europe to attend test and race meetings.
