About CUPRA KIRO:

CUPRA KIRO is pushing the boundaries of electric racing in the Formula E World Championship. We race in some of the world's most iconic cities, showcasing the power and innovation of electric mobility. Our team is dedicated to achieving success on the track while contributing to the electrification of racing and inspiring a new generation of fans.

 

Purpose of the Role:

As a key member of the CUPRA KIRO Formula E Team, you will play a vital role in managing and maximising the value of our partnerships. This role requires a passionate and results-driven individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with our partners while delivering exceptional results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies: Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives and develop integrated marketing campaigns that deliver impactful results.
  • Manage day-to-day partnership operations: Ensure the seamless delivery of contractual rights and benefits, exceeding partner expectations at every turn.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Track and measure campaign performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of partnership activations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the wider commercial team: Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives with the commercial team.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sports partnership management or brand marketing, with a strong track record of success.
  • Passion for motorsport and a deep understanding of the Formula E landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.

 

Travel Requirements:

This role will require some domestic and international travel, including race travel and business trips.
