12-Month Industrial Placement – Engineering

We have an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate student studying an Engineering or Computer science degree at University to join our team for a 12-month industrial placement. The placement aims to cover the three main areas within the engineering group in the team. We can be flexible with the start date, but we are looking to cover the academic year 2025/26.

The suitable candidate will report directly to the lead engineer in each department or their designee and will rotate between the 3 different groups, 4 months in each. 

• Systems / Electronics
• Driver In the Loop Simulator (DIL)
• Vehicle Performance Group

During this time, you will be treated as a fully-fledged member of the engineering team and be exposed to all aspects of the team. You will be exposed to a breadth and depth of experience that you are unlikely to get anywhere else with genuine responsibility and scope to make a real impact.
